There’s always something happening on campus, from screenings and life skills sessions to student societies and events. At CFS you have endless opportunities to learn, connect, and create with your network around you.

Master Your Craft

Our Master Your Craft sessions invite industry professionals to share their experiences, insights and advice with students and attendees.

From career guidance to honest conversations about working in film, television and the creative industries, these sessions are an incredible opportunity for students to start gaining industry exposure whilst hearing about firsthand experiences from seasoned professionals.

Pitching Events

Great storytelling thrives on collaboration.

Our Pitching Parties give Central Film School students the chance to pitch projects, share ideas and connect with peers from across the creative industries. In partnership with specialist institutions such as Point Blank Music School and Fashion Retail Academy, these events create space for feedback, fresh perspectives and new collaborations.

Student Societies

At Central Film School, students are encouraged to create societies around the things they love.

From Writing Club and Film Club to Tabletop Games, Fashion, Dance and Music, our student-led societies offer a space to collaborate, unwind and connect beyond the classroom.

Whether you’re exploring a new interest or finding people who share your passions, societies are a great way to get involved and become part of the CFS community.

Student Parties

Every term at Central Film School ends with a student party - a chance to celebrate hard work, unwind with friends and enjoy the creative community that makes CFS special.

From music and laughter to shared memories, these events bring students together beyond the classroom and offer the perfect way to close one chapter before stepping into the next.

Lambeth Fringe Festival

Students from Central Film School have been making their mark at the Lambeth Fringe Festival, showcasing their talent both on and off the stage.

In 2024, our students delivered a sold-out performance of This Changes Everything by Joel Horwood, captivating audiences and bringing an incredible buzz to campus. Last year, we were thrilled with the return of the festival, with another group of talented performers presenting In Arabia We’d All Be Kings.

Find Your Feet x CFS

Our partnership with Find Your Feet CIC supports our commitment to helping students build confidence, skills and future opportunities beyond the classroom.

As a London-based social enterprise focused on employability, personal development and social mobility, Find Your Feet helps connect young people and underrepresented communities with the tools, networks and support needed to thrive.

Together, we aim to support emerging creatives as they develop their confidence, explore career pathways and prepare for life in the screen and creative industries.
