A Student Support Plan is a document that describes the reasonable adjustments that CFS can put in place to support you during your time studying with us.
After completing the form, this information will be passed on to the Academic Team, who will provide reasonable adjustments to support you during your studies at Central Film School.
Please complete the Student Support Plan Form so that Central Film School can better understand your specific needs or disability.
By completing the form, you consent to this data being provided to your Course Leaders and Module Tutors where appropriate.
