Student Services

The Student Services Team will be able to support you with queries and issues that are outside of your academic studies at CFS. These can include but are not limited to: pastoral and personal matters, issues with other students or staff members, issues regarding personal safety and wellbeing, and matters relating to health, both physical and mental. They are also the best team to provide guidance and signposting if you have an issue and are unsure of which department to approach.
Quality & Registry Team

The Quality & Registry Team assists all students with general academic enquiries, schedules and timetables, assessments, and using the Google Classroom. The team can also produce important documents for students such as letters confirming their student status and transcripts of their results. They are also in charge of processes such as Mitigating Circumstances (applying for assessment extensions/alterations) and Student Support Plans (informing the school and your teachers of a specific condition or personal situation that may affect your studies).
Accounts

The Accounts Team will be able to assist you with any questions regarding your student finance or payments to the school. They will also be responsible for releasing your production budgets for when you begin filming. They also have a dedicated time for drop in sessions on Fridays between 12pm and 3pm.
Resource Team

Our Resources Team is responsible for all of the kit and equipment, including cameras, lights, and sound gear, that you will use during your studies and will be your main contact point regarding this. You can also enquire about booking kit or rooms by emailing booking@centralfilmschool.com
