Facilities Reporting Form
At Central Film School, we are committed to providing a safe, professional and inspiring environment for everyone on campus. To support this, we have introduced the CFS Facilities Reporting Form – a simple, centralised way for students and staff to tell us when something in our buildings or equipment needs attention.
You can access the form here
What the CFS Facilities Reporting Form Is For
The CFS Facilities Reporting Form is designed for all non-urgent issues related to our physical spaces. This includes classrooms, studios, rehearsal spaces, editing suites, communal areas and building services. Whether you notice a broken light, a loose cable in a studio, a malfunctioning door, or an issue with cleanliness, the form is the best way to make sure the right team is alerted quickly.
Once submitted, your report goes directly to our facilities team, who will assess the issue, prioritise it, and schedule any necessary repairs or maintenance. Where possible, we will update you on the outcome or any temporary measures being put in place.
Emergencies and Urgent Safety Concerns
The form is not intended for emergencies or urgent safety concerns. If you feel there is an immediate risk to health, safety or security, please follow the School’s emergency procedures and contact a member of staff right away. For all other day-to-day maintenance concerns, the CFS Facilities Reporting Form should be your first step.
