Acting

Our BA Acting for Screen programme teaches you the craft of on-camera performance. You'll learn to develop the techniques, understanding, and versatility needed to bring characters to life in film, television, and emerging media. You’ll master character development, acting techniques, and gain the confidence needed to deliver compelling performances on screen. 

Collaboration is at the heart of the course - you’ll work with filmmakers, screenwriters, and other creatives on projects that mirror real industry workflows, all while gaining experience in ADR, motion capture, animation, and voice-over. 

What's more, you'll learn the tools to navigate the key business side of acting. This covers essential elements from audition and interview technique to creating a high-quality showreel.

With two and three year degree options, you can choose your own pathway.  Each degree finishes with a final major project, where you'll take part in a short screen production, presented to industry professionals as part of your very own actor showcase. You'll graduate with the skills, confidence and network to step straight into professional opportunities.
